khx8 Platform Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the khx8 platform and its users. By using our services through the khx8 website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

These Terms have been written in English for users in Bangladesh. khx8 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them may be closed.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone.

khx8 will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorised access by a third party if the user did not take appropriate security precautions.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum amount to deposit funds into khx8 is ৳500 — this limit applies to every payment method. We currently support the following payment methods:

• Nagad — the official mobile banking service of the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile banking

Deposited funds must come from an account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• khx8 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if the conditions of an active bonus have not been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

khx8 offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The bonus amount is calculated based on the deposit amount.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied only to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount). For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.
• ৳14,000 deposit → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the conditions are met.
• khx8 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Whether multiple bonuses can be active at the same time will be stated in the details of the relevant offer.

All games available on khx8 — live casino, slots, sports betting, mini games — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. It is the user's responsibility to fully understand the rules and payout structure of each game before playing.

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are independently verifiable.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault, the bet amount will be refunded or the result will be settled at a later time.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the game provider's server logs will be treated as the final evidence.
• Using software, bots, or any automated method to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in the sports betting section are subject to change. If odds change after a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to khx8's rules.

Any of the following activities may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Bonus abuse — such as placing strategic bets to circumvent bonus conditions or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Exploiting any game vulnerability or technical error.
• Using third-party software or bots to place bets automatically.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Threatening or harassing khx8 staff.

khx8 reserves the right to suspend any account while an investigation is ongoing. If the account is found to be in good standing, the suspension will be lifted.

• Deposit limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Time-out: The option to suspend your own account for a set period of time.
